What this website collects

This website is an information site. It does not ask you to register, does not build an advertising profile of you, and does not sell data. If you contact the hospital by telephone or through an appointment channel, the information you give is handled as part of your medical record rather than as website data.

Clinical information

Any clinical information you share during an assessment, including history, medication, photographs and the record of previous injectable treatment, forms part of your medical record at Chongqing West District Hospital and is held under the hospital’s privacy and records policy. It is used for your care and for the review of your own treatment, and for nothing else without your consent.

Photographs and treatment records

Standardised photographs are taken for planning and follow-up, and they are how a gradual change is judged objectively rather than from memory. A record of the material class, the area and the date of each session is kept for the same reason, and it is what allows a future clinician to reason about a lump that appears a year later. Clinical photographs are not published, used for teaching or used in promotional material without a separate, specific consent that you may refuse without affecting your care.

Your choices

You may ask what information is held about you, ask for a correction, or withdraw consent for any non-clinical use of your material. A written record of your own treatment should be available to you on request, and requests are made through the hospital’s patient services, which the contact page explains how to reach.
